Northala Fields to welcome Paralympic Flame with free performance

Hot off the heals of hosting the Olympic Flame only weeks ago as tennis legend Boris Becker carried the torch from the top of Northala Fields, the Paralympic Flame will be coming this Friday.

In a free event as part of the London 2012 Festival, there will be a performance by Red Earth this Friday evening from 8pm that will light up your evening and inspire ahead of the most anticipated Paralympics in living memory.

So, if you’ve been wondering what the wooden structures on top of the mounds in Northala have all been about then make sure to come along this Friday and join in the festivities.
