Ealing Council holds regular meetings with the Ealing Cycling Campaign and is looking to hear from cyclists across the borough in a public meeting to discuss the council’s Cycling Strategy.
Therefore, we will be hosting a public meeting on Tuesday 7th November 6-8pm in Ealing Broadway.
During the meeting, we will be talking about our efforts so far to improve cycling across the borough and invite you to take part in a series of workshops to capture your ideas and concerns so that we can feed it into our Cycling Strategy document, which will be published later this year.
We want a real mix of people who cycle and are interested in cycling from across the borough.
As space is limited, please express your interest in attending by e-mailing your name and which town you live in to firstname.lastname@example.org
A message will be sent to confirm your attendance along with full details of the meeting ahead of time.
Cllr Bassam Mahfouz, Cabinet Member for Environment & Transport said, “Since taking the position of Cabinet Member responsible for cycling in the borough we have organised regular meetings with the Ealing Cycling Campaign. We’ve made significant progress on key issues but we’re at a key point as we look to put forward our Cycling Strategy document for the next few years. I want to extend an invitation to cyclists across the borough to join us in helping shape this strategy and encourage people to get in touch and express their interest in attending.”
